Become an Agent

Insurance of the Heartland is always looking for driven individuals to join our staff.  Our agency has seen an incredible amount of growth over the past several years, and we look forward to continuing that trend.  Insurance of the Heartland currently has a staff of five licensed agents with a combined insurance experience of 65 years.  Four of our current agents have all of their experience with our agency. 

Insurance of the Heartland operates different than most of our competition, by utilizing a teamwork approach.  Everything we do is to make sure our clients have the best experience possible.  Due to this reason we are not a “high pressure” sales staff, and do not pay agents commission.  Insurance of the Heartland pays a salary and bonuses based off of team performance.
